Tips to your success:
-Keep the exercise band tight through the entire exercise range of motion.
-Count time or repetitions as variable to change your workouts.
-Do 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions or time each exercise for 30-60 seconds
– Keep cardiovascular exercise in your vacation
