Pricing depends on how often you want to workout and how soon you want to reach your goals. Personal training individual sessions and packages are available. I can also accommodate flexible pricing requests, just ask. I want you to reach your goals first and foremost. An Investment in your health is a natural discussion that should occur to fit fitness into your budget and your lifestyle. I want you to succeed and feel great!
All abilities and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate in all fitness programming at Healthy Altitudes and especially for personal training clients. You don’t have to have a goal to try out for the Crossfit games or run a marathon. Although we have coached people to do both of those. A goal to lose weight, feel better, or get back into exercise seem to be very realistic and within reach for clients.
