Crispy Delicious Quinoa Super Cookies Recipe

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup millet flour

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 cup cooked quinoa

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp flaxmeal

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup agave

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup almond butter

3 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together then chill dough for 30 minutes or more in fridge. Then roll into balls, put them on parchment paper and press down with fork into cookies. Space them apart to grow in the oven.

Bake or convect at 300 – 325 for 12 minutes and check to see if done. Let cool completely before removing from parchment paper. Makes about 15 smaller cookies
