Join Us for a workout on the Rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheater. We will run, jump, crunch, lift, twist, and strength train. Get fitter and have fun while you enjoy gorgeous views and friendly faces. Fitness is about fun experiences, not just going to a gym.

We will leave Erie at 8 AM and arrive at Red Rocks. At Red Rocks, we will participate in an hour long workout session. It will be fun, exhilarating, and different than what you are used to.
