It’s really simple. Running and riding go together like peanut butter and jelly. If you ride to build strength in your hamstrings, legs, and core, you will run faster and stronger.. Cross training not only keeps your body from over training, it keeps your brain sharp and engaged while having fun for endurance events.

The run is all you. Pace yourself and do an out and back on the bike path from Shoes and Brews. Join us back at the Movable Studio at 6:30 to get your pre-reserved bike to pedal your heart out on.
The cycling workout is about having fun, getting stronger, building fitness, and being efficient. All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged!
