We get outside and work hard with suspension training, traditional strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular intervals. Our workouts can include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or low impact joint friendly exercises, that keep fitness fun. We use our custom fabricated fitness structure called “The FitStop” to bring you a “bootcamp” without the boots or the camp. It’s not the Army, in fact, you can stop in any of our workouts and get a quick fix of fitness and strength after your ride or run to help you get stronger for your next one. Our unique workout system will help you get fitter for your next fitness challenge. Who wants to be in the gym when you have over 300 days of sunshine per year in Colorado?
