Please join me as I coach you through some fun online workouts to stay active and get
a total body workout without a gym.
Bands and/or dumbbells are not required but are very helpful.
We will focus on total body movements, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and of course fun facts for the brain. All this beamed electronically through the air to you at your home.
Tuesdays and Thursdays on Zoom at 9 am. Each workout will last 30 minutes to give you 30 more minutes to go outside for a walk.
After you pay, your access to the Zoom Meeting will be emailed to you.
