Please join Monica as they guide you through a gentle yoga practice online
in a Zoom meeting.
This will be a yoga practice for all ages but will be fun for beginners and advanced individuals.
Wednesdays at 10:30 AM and Fridays at 9:00 AM on Zoom. Each workout will last 30 minutes to give you 30 more minutes to go outside for a walk.
After you pay, your access to the Zoom Meeting will be emailed to you.
