Join us for a 30 minute total body workout. Plan to get your heart pumping and the blood jumping. We will focus on strength, cardio, intervals, balance and fun in this faster paced class. Low impact but high amount of energy.

30 minutes inn this workout will leave you the other 30 to play outside.

Total Stretch- Wednesdays at 8:15 AM

Back to Basics- Fridays 6:30-7:15 AM
