The Cycle-Strength Workout Starts at 8 and will last 45 minutes.
Core exercises and strength exercises will be performed to improve your cycling performance and your fitness for cycling. The workout is designed for anybody who wants to get fitter.
It is not exclusive to cyclists.
It will be a fun social workout with NO AMRAPS, yelling, grunting, FRANS, paleo talk, or bare feet. This is just good old fashioned fitness to make you fitter …For Your Life™
After the workout there will be a bike ride.
A “no drop” 45 minute social early season ride. We will leave at 9. There will be complimentary Gu’s provided. Bring plenty of water and appropriate clothing for your workout and for your ride.
All levels welcome.
